It's been too long.

Life got loud and I got quiet — but I've been doing the work behind the scenes. Learning what's actually mine to carry, and what I've been hauling around for other people without even realizing it.

I finally sat down and wrote about it — the backpack theory. Putting down the bags that were never mine, and unpacking my own, one pocket at a time.
