⭐NEW⭐ Exchange & Website Credit Policy
We want you to love🖤 your CURV purchases! If you order something from our website and it doesn’t fit, no worries! We offer exchanges for SHOP CURV ONLINE credit on eligible purchases.
Here’s how it works!
🖤STEP 1: Request an Exchange
Once your order is delivered, you have 3 calendar days to request an exchange for a website credit. The three-day window begins on the delivery date shown in your USPS tracking information.
Email shopcurvexchange at gmail with the following information:
Name on your order
Order number
Date of purchase
Item(s) you’d like to return
Our team will review your request and email you a confirmation with return instructions.
Please wait for confirmation before mailing your items.
🖤STEP 2: Ship Your Items Back
Once you receive your exchange confirmation email, you have 3 calendar days to ship your item(s) back to us.
To qualify for a website credit, all items must:
Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
Have all original CURV tags attached and intact
Be free of damage, stains, odors, makeup or other signs of use
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and must email us the tracking number within 3 calendar days of receiving their return confirmation.
You may restock/exchange one item or multiple eligible items from your order.
🖤STEP 3: Receive Your Website Credit
Once we receive your items, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our restocking requirements.
After your restock is approved, we’ll email you to confirm your SHOP CURV ONLINE credit is available!
Your credit will equal the amount paid for the approved item(s), excluding original shipping costs. Sale items will be credited at the discounted price paid.
⭐USING YOUR WEBSITE CREDIT⭐
Your SHOP CURV ONLINE Credit is valid for ⭐30⭐ calendar days from the date it is issued. Any unused credit will expire after 30 days.
Ready to shop again? Simply message us with the items you’d like to purchase, and we’ll apply your available credit toward your new order!
You have two options for receiving your new items:
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on new orders purchased with website credit.
FREE Local Pickup: Pick up your new items at our Tampa or St. Petersburg locations at no additional charge. Also if you pick up instore you qualify for our instore RESTOCK program!!
⭐IMPORTANT: TRIAL POLICY⭐
We’re excited to offer this restock/exchange and website credit option on a trial basis!
This policy applies to eligible website purchases made on or before December 1, 2026.
After December 1, we’ll evaluate the program and determine whether to continue offering it. Eligible purchases made during the trial period will still follow the return timelines outlined above, even if the return process extends beyond December 1.
