Industrial Sewing Machine Operator:
No experience necessary, we are happy to train. Canvas sewing, small friendly shop, pay commensurate with experience.

Apprentice Tentmaker:
Learn all the aspects of the trade (design / canvas, wood, metal, and ropework). Possibility for travel and event work as well.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail and aesthetics highly desired. 20-35 hours a week possible. Pay commensurate with experience and raises offered as your skill increases.

We get a lot of questions about the "pack-ability" of our hub and spoke round pavilions. Here is a typical set: hand-finished ash (scarfed) centerpole, spokes & hub, iron stakes and h**p ropes. Pole bags come with the Stalwart Round Pavilions too.

Overall, pretty pack-able ;-)

Delivered this marquee to Maud Punk Metalsmithing and Casting at Outlands Battlemoor! They immediately set up their fantastic shop in it.

It danced with the winds beautifully!

Living with/in this prototype 10x10 5-pole marquee for the past 2 weeks has taught us a lot about it:

Mostly the design is good, but the mitered corners make it challenging to line up with the floor during set up. We’re considering adding the corners to make it a full square or attaching the floor on small ones.

Overall, it’s been easy to set up and fold with two people and packs nice and small with JUST enough room for a family of four. (Really not quite enough room 🤪)

Some fun and functional modifications that we saw this week with our tents:

Flipping up the valence to allow for increased airflow on a hot day.

Painting, beautiful designs!

Creating hanging light sources and using the “attic” as a drying rack.
