FEIT leather sneakers with protective SVIG Zephyr sole and SVIG Extreme heel combination.

Toe tips were built back up with leather before this was installed as they had been worn.

Blundstones resoled with SVIG Srl Annecy soles in the Zephir compound. A dense, lightweight sole with some cushion and a low profile, the most long-wearing in it's class. Mckay stitched midsole, and edges trimmed out with Svig trim. Most importantly, these materials won't degrade and crack like the original soles. This resole is $35 lower than the current new pair price, and future resoles can be done for lower cost once it is done the first time.

Red Wing Iron Rangers ordered to be rewelted and resoled. Vibram 430 soles and heels, canvas reinforcement covering the foot bed cavity, new cork filler, shanks wrapped in fabric and glue, and La Querce leather welting were used in this restoration.

Previously they had been resoled with a rubber midsole and a Vibram Gumlite sole. This recraft returns them to a condition more like original, but with the added benefit of more durable premium leather welts.

Original sole and welt color were used, but the heels went from the standard factory Red Wing heels to matching Vibram 430s and the welts are by La Querce, makers of very durable leather shoe repair products.

Maison Margiela Tabis with a combination of Topy Elysee 1.8mm protective sole material and Svig Extreme heel material. Spliced together with a backswept overlapping joint to prevent any peeling, the heel and sole are joined flatly. Either can be replaced individually and rejoined in the future, and both will last a very long time, protecting the original leather soles.

Blundstone boots resoled with SVIG Srl Annecy soles in the Zephir foam rubber compound. Blake stitched Walkbase midsoles and new Svig trim ensures this pair will last a lot longer than with the original soles. Further resoling can be had for less money in the future now that the first one is completed.

Red Dainite resole on these vintage Bostonian bone suede leather derbies. Previously, this pair had a generic red foam rubber type sole that were worn out in the toe and that the customer didn't like due to their excessive thickness and softness. After another pair of his were resoled here with red Dainite soles, he had these done up as well with new welts and natural finished leather heel bases.

GUIDI horse leather combat boots sent in for a restitch and new rubber.

Originally featuring a rare Vibram production model medium sized lug commando half sole, stitched with the leather midsole to the welt. Wisely, the customer wanted the stitching to be reconfigured to join only the leather midsole to the welt, in a groove to protect it below the layer of glue joining it with the more common Vibram 233x type rubber half sole. Paired with Tank rubber heels which are a little thicker than the Vibram equivalent, this should have a great usable result and long life with inexpensive resoling now possible.
