K Rae Designs is hiring! I need some help to progress my business and my clothing line forward. Please private message me if you know someone or have experience in the following...
1. I’m searching for someone to help me to rep my clothing. This person will assist me and educate me on the process of getting my clothing out into the world and help me with the business aspect of selling. They will assist me by finding wholesale accounts, finding shows and events for me to vend at, and finding alternative ways to sell my clothing. They will have experience with this process, have creative ideas to bring into the business, and enjoy collaborating and brainstorming. They will have a knowledge of the necessary computer/marketing tools needed to do this.
2. I need to find someone to help me with the marketing aspect of my business. I need help with many things such as a lookbook, Etsy, my website, social media and more. I need someone who is creative, collaborative, and has experience and ideas to bring into the business.
3. I want to find someone to pattern AND sew samples for me.
4. I want to find a photographer who has some fashion photography experience to shoot my new designs. This needs to be someone who is very reasonably priced and/or wants to work for trade. Perhaps this person is a student and/or trying to build their portfolio. I would like this person to educate me on how I can take effective, quick photos at home to post on facebook and Etsy.
5. I need a mentor! I would LOVE to find someone who has a successful clothing design business that I can be inspired by and ask questions and bounce ideas off of. I also need a mentor in the actual art and craft of sewing and design. I need and want to learn more skills and be inspired by someone else.
