As a family owned and operated business for almost 50 years, it's sad when we go above and beyond to set ourselves apart and do the very best job for our patients/clients and after great success, we still receive reviews that are poor based on what insurance we do or don't take. I think most people are aware of the issues that United Healthcare has had and when they pay 30% BELOW Medicare rates, mom and pop type businesses can't survive on that kind of reimbursement. Crary Shoes is one of only two businesses in our area that still accepts Medicare primary insurance for diabetic shoes and inserts. We are fighting the good fight and will continue to do so as long as we possibly can. We just love it when a plan comes together! McGregor is one special young man.!! He lost his toes due to a lawnmower accident when he was young and we have been making him shoes ever since. Nothing stops him from reaching his goals and this year he won the Idaho State Championship in wrestling and then as a freshman in HS, went on to compete against the top senior at Nationals! We worked together with the family to come up with just the right design and function. Keep going McGregor!! You are a fighter... literally and figuratively 😉

It's always a great day for our team when sending off such a special package to one of our favorite clients! McGregor is an All Star athlete who has accomplished so much by the age of 14.
