The little EASY that could is fast becoming the little EASY that can" 💪
☀️ Temps are warming, and it was time to top off the coolant in the outside AC unit. So, I called in and scheduled with an HVAC company to perform the service asap.
👷‍♂️ They sent Frank out to take care of us and while he was setting up and we talked about the procedures, I had an epiphany. I realized as he covered a bit of detail regarding my AC unit he was preparing to recharge, he didn't have a fast, convenient and damage free method to hang his gauges in an optimal location to help him complete his tasks. I asked him a few questions about his set-up, and I could tell by his answers he was very curious where I was going with it all. not the normal line of questioning from his usual client. 😂
I popped back inside to the shop and grabbed him the EASY. I showed him what he could do with it and hung his gauges in the most optimal spot and told him to keep that one. He loved all of the features and benefits plus the fact that it didn't take up much room in his tool caddy. I explained to him that it can do and or perform a lot more with all of the other accessories we have ready for it and the additional coming soon. Solar lighting he could attach over head for working in the dark. Secure tarps to work out of extreme weather to shed the rain or create shade in the summer heat. Our high-powered magnet to hold small metal parts and hardware so they don't get lost in the landscape. He even began to conjure ideas and asked if we could make a clean utility cover for their permanent lines that run on the exterior walls, so they look cleaner and are protected from impact and more.

There's a lot of discussion around the current tariff situation. At ENGAGE, our approach is rooted in our core values starting with our name: "Engage. Problem solve. Imagine. Create." I believe that the United States possesses the incredible technological resources and entrepreneurial spirit to overcome these challenges. However, a crucial ingredient in this equation is the willingness to roll up our sleeves and work, work diligently. It feels as though the appreciation for good old-fashioned hard work is sometimes being overshadowed, yet it's absolutely integral to driving the increased efficiencies and integrated systems we need.

Furthermore, the strategic integration and oversight of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence is paramount to enhancing our production capabilities to be the best. It's important to recognize that these technologies aren't necessarily about replacing human jobs entirely. Instead, they act as powerful mechanisms to facilitate increased efficiency and productivity. Their implementation will require continuous maintenance, skilled upgrading, and ongoing modernization over time, leading to the creation of new, specialized roles. They are the new evolution infants, no different than human means of transportation have historically been.

As the saying goes, "Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times." Perhaps these current challenges can serve as the catalyst for a renewed dedication to effort, innovation, and the carefully smart adoption of advanced technologies. By focusing on increased efficiencies and integrated systems, leveraging tools like Robotics and AI (as demonstrated by our work with EAsystems LLC and the "EASY" product), we can significantly strengthen domestic production and make much of the current rhetoric less relevant. Let's embrace this opportunity to innovate, work hard, and strategically integrate technology to build a stronger, more self-reliant economy that creates and sustains jobs.

And They're Back...😃 No tools or fasteners required ‼✅ We had a little hiccup and had to stop promoting these for a bit as we unraveled some potential misguidance from too many sources at the supplier's corporate level...Ugh! Big corps, it's a love hate relationship for everyone in the world.
So, we'll have these on our site sometime over the weekend and they'll be available in the basic version and best of all...An EASY mount version...💥 It doesn't get much better than this and just in time for spring and summer.

Taking a little reflective break here from all the work:

Ripples of Wisdom at 100+

Celebrating my incredible Dad as he continues to shuffle towards his 101st birthday! This portrait reflects a lifetime of insightful observation and a gentle strength. He's always guided us with wisdom that transcends the moment, especially during times like these, with the current changing of the guard in the political realm where much feels uncertain and not fully understood by many.

His core advice? "Don't try to fight the tide." Instead, he emphasizes the power of focusing on what we can influence – the "pebble in calm water" is how I see it. Creating ripples of positivity in our own lives, within ourselves, and in our local communities. This focused energy, he has shown by example, creates a lasting impact, unlike a fleeting splash in a vast ocean.

And even amidst global complexities, his presence has me continuing to hold onto an unwavering belief: inevitably, what's wrong in the world will be made right, what is broken can always be fixed, what is taken can always be replaced by one even better, and what is lost can always be found, don't underestimate Karma.

Change is inevitable, and our most meaningful contribution comes from nurturing the positive ripples we initiate from our own sphere.
