Turning String into Pretty Things
My journey with Hanks and Needles began in 2012, everything in the shop is lovingly created by me, Makenzie. While studying to be an art major I learned to knit, it was instant love. I am passionate about colors and fine fibers. I feel life is too short to create with itchy yarn, and who would want to wear something itchy (not me). I work on my shop daily, even t
hough I admit it doesn't feel like work. I love creating all kinds of knitwear and blankets; I know many people do.
