Hi I’m Meira and welcome to The Modern Beet!

My three great loves are fitness, fashion, and selling - so clearly this is my happy place! As a fitness instructor, I have tried the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to gear. Through experience (and some embarrassing trial and error), I feel confident in my ability to recognize quality athletic and athleisure wear, and will only sell what's personally proven to last! As for my personal fashion - you could say I have a Carrie Bradshaw closet, but not a Mr. Big wallet - so I buy from online sellers all the time too! My personal style is a vintage band tee, ripped jeans and cool kicks by day and whatever goes with my martini by night. Trendy to me doesn't mean on trend - it means feeling amazing in what you're wearing, and I hope you'll find some of that here in my store. I currently sell on Poshmark, Mercari and eBay, and hope to open my own ecommerce store soon.
