Many of you who follow our personal pages know that Mychael has been dealing with some serious health issues and has been in and out of the hospital due to seizures. During this time, we’ve been doing our best to balance family, health, and business all at once.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through this difficult season. Every order is important to us, and I am working hard to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.

🚨 Quick PSA from M&S Creative Co. 🚨

We’ve been getting a lot of designs sent in lately that were created using AI—and we want to clear something up 👇

We DO NOT have a problem with AI artwork. Use it, create with it, get inspired by it—we’re all for it.

BUT… most AI images are NOT print-ready.

What that means:
• Low or inconsistent resolution
• Backgrounds that aren’t clean/transparent
• Edges that won’t press or print correctly
• Not formatted for DTF, screen print, or embroidery

So if you send us an AI image, there’s a good chance it will need to be cleaned up or fully recreated before it can go on a shirt.

💡 Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
We can take your AI design and turn it into a high-quality, print-ready file that will actually look right on apparel.

Just know:
👉 Additional design work may be required
👉 That may come with a small design fee depending on the project

We’d rather do it right than put out something low quality with our name on it 🤝

If you’ve got a design in mind—AI or not—send it over and we’ll make it happen 💪
