Portsmouth has been selected as a 2020 All America City Finalist!!!! Thank you to Sociology Club President, Rachel Riddle, for working on the application and thank you to all of the organizations and individuals that have worked so hard to improve Portsmouth. A group from Portsmouth will now travel to Denver to compete with other finalists to be one of the 10 cities awarded this year.

The Scioto Foundation Board of Governors has awarded the Friends of Portsmouth $7,500 to go towards the purchase of a community ice rink to use during Winterfest.

With the newly purchased ice rink, the Friends of Portsmouth(FOP) will continue offering "Boost Your Kids Program" to help economically disadvantage kids be able to skate for free. For those looking to contribute to this program, they can do so by contacting FOP for more details.
