Items may be returned and refunded to the original payment method within one week (7 days) of purchase, items may be exchanged for merchandise credit within two weeks (14 days) of purchase. You must have a receipt, no exceptions. Item
s must look and smell fresh, we inspect all exchanges carefully. Shoes must be in the box and must only have been tried on with socks on a carpeted area. After an exchange, the new item(s) are NO LONGER eligible for exchange. Queen B reserves he right to refuse returns at any time if item(s) do not meet all requirements. We do not accept returns/exchanges on the following:
Discounted Sale Items, Jewelry, Socks, Hats, Bralettes, Intimates, Leggings, Giftables and Greeting Cards, Books, Drinkware, and Home Decor. Shipping Exchange Policy:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. All mail orders must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of original delivery. All orders shipped back for exchange are charged a 15% restocking fee. If items meet all above in-store requirements for exchange, a replacement order will be sent only after the 15% restocking fee is paid along with the new cost of shipping.
