Every chef remembers their first uniform. For many Culinary Careers Program (C•CAP) students, it's the moment the dream becomes real.

For 20 years, Chef Works has stood behind C•CAP's mission to give under-resourced students across the country a real path into food and hospitality. Through culinary education, job training, apprenticeships and scholarships, C•CAP has uplifted close to 400,000 students and awarded $79 million in college scholarships. These students go on to become the cooks, chefs and leaders shaping our industry's future.
