Hello, May! 🌸 The month of May is likely named after the Roman goddess Maia, who oversaw the growth of plants. Now, alternatively, the name might have come from the Latin maiores, meaning elders. What do YOU think?

Either way, May is a month of many festivities - it brings us May Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Armed Forces Day, Victoria Day, National Maritime Day, and of course, Memorial Day.

Also this month, we celebrate World Tuna Day (May 2), No Socks Day (May 8), and Dance Like a Chicken Day on May 14!
