We know return policies aren't always the most exciting thing to talk about, but we wanted to take a moment to explain ours.

As a small, family owned business, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do gladly exchange an item for the same item in a different size (if we have it available). Every item we bring into our store is carefully chosen, and unlike large chain stores, we don't have warehouses or corporate backing to absorb the cost of returned merchandise. Each purchase directly supports our family, our employees, and our ability to continue bringing unique products to our community.

We always encourage you to ask questions, check sizing, or try items on before purchasing, we're here to help you find something you'll love! Thank you for supporting us and for understanding why our policies are different from the big retailers. ❤️

🥁 We are so excited to announce that we have OFFICIALLY decided the Amazon bin store will now turn into the kids corner!! Which will include toys, knickknacks and a STUFF YOUR OWN BEAR center! We will also be rolling out party/birthday party packages for the stuff your bears! Thank you guys for helping us decide! We are already ordering supplies to get that store up and running soon! ❤️
