It is with great regret that we must inform you of the cancellation of the 2023 Prairie Barn Vintage Market, scheduled to take place on August 18th-19th. This decision has been made due to the unexpected loss of insurance coverage for the venue where we host the event, which has left us with no alternative but to cancel the event.
We want to assure you that we explored every possible solution to maintain the event, including seeking alternative insurance options. However, none of these avenues proved feasible within the limited timeframe available. Therefore we had to make the difficult decision to cancel.
We genuinely value your loyalty and support, and we hope to have the privilege of serving you again in the future.
We understand that many of you have already made travel arrangements, taken time off work, or invested in tickets and other related expenses. Please know that we deeply sympathize with the impact this cancellation may have on your plans and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you have purchased tickets, we will initiate a refund process promptly. You can expect to receive a full refund for your tickets and any associated costs within the next 30 days. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to process these refunds efficiently.
While we are deeply saddened by the cancellation, we remain committed to providing exceptional experiences for our customers. We are actively exploring future event opportunities and will keep you informed about upcoming opportunities that may be of interest to you. We hope to have the privilege of serving you again in the future.
