Planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation and feeling overwhelmed by all the decisions that come with it?

✨That’s where I come in.✨

I help take your ideas and turn them into a clear, cohesive design plan before construction begins.

✓ Cabinetry plans + elevations
✓ Space planning, layout + flow
✓ Window + door placement
✓ 3D design + realistic renderings
✓ Colors, finishes + material selections
✓ Fixtures, lighting + appliances

The goal is to make sure every detail is thought through, works together, and feels right for your home—before you start building.

Comment PLAN and I’ll send you more information about the design process + how to get on my schedule!

Conifer Dr. is taking shape 🌲🏡

Framing is well underway, and it’s always one of my favorite stages of a project—watching something that started as lines on a screen finally become a real space.

There’s still a long way to go, but seeing the design come to life is pretty exciting. Can’t wait to keep sharing the progress on this one!

Knowing what you want doesn’t mean you don’t need a designer—it means we have a really good place to start. 🤍

You bring the ideas, the wish list, the inspiration photos, and the vision for how you want your home to feel.

I take all of that and figure out how to make it flow, function, and come together as one intentional design.

Because sometimes the best part of the design process is discovering a solution you didn’t even know was possible.

Have a vision for your home but aren’t sure how to turn it into a plan? That’s where I come in.

A quick before + after of this recently completed addition + renovation ✨

We reworked the existing layout to create a brand new primary suite with lake views, an updated kitchen, indoor laundry, added storage, a covered entry, and a much more functional flow throughout.

There’s nothing better than seeing a plan go from lines on a page to a home my clients get to enjoy every day. 🤍

Thinking about an addition or renovation of your own? Let’s see what’s possible with your existing home. Send me a message to get started!

There’s truly nothing better than hearing that a client feels seen, understood, and excited about the home we’ve created together. 🤍

Designing a home is incredibly personal. My clients trust me with their ideas, inspiration, wish lists—and sometimes a million different thoughts that they aren’t quite sure how to bring together. Getting to take all of that, find the opportunities they may not have considered, and turn it into a home that feels completely theirs is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Testimonials like this mean more to me than I can put into words. I don’t just want my clients to love their plans—I want them to feel heard throughout the process, confident in their decisions, and genuinely excited to see their vision come to life.

Wes + Jessie, thank you for trusting me with your home. I am SO excited to watch this one become a reality. 🤍

This is exactly why I love what I do.

There’s a big difference between **adding square footage** and actually making your home work better.

Additions + renovations are some of my favorite projects because they’re a puzzle. I’m looking at what already exists, what’s worth keeping, what isn’t working, and how we can make intentional changes that completely transform the way the home feels and functions.

Sometimes that means adding a primary suite, expanding the kitchen, converting an attic, or creating the laundry + pantry you’ve always needed. Other times, the best solution is simply **reworking the space you already have.**

My approach is always the same: **better flow, thoughtful function, intentional design, and a finished home where the new + existing feel like they were always meant to be together.**

Have a home you love, but a layout you don’t? **Let’s reimagine it.** 🤍

Introducing **Design Decisions** — a new series where I’m pulling back the curtain on the *why* behind the plans.

For this addition + renovation, the goal wasn’t simply to add square footage. It was to make the **existing home work better**.

Every move in the proposed plan was intentional: opening up the kitchen and living areas, improving circulation, creating a more functional primary suite, expanding laundry + pantry space, defining the dining room, and transforming previously unused attic space into functional living space.

And just as important? Working *with* the existing structure. Existing rooflines, vaulted ceilings, structural columns, stairs, and attic access all influenced how the new plan came together.

Good renovation design isn’t about changing everything. It’s about figuring out **what should stay, what should change, and where a few strategic moves can completely transform the way a home functions.**

The part of the process you don’t always get to see ✏️📐

Renovation design isn’t just about creating a pretty new floor plan—it’s about studying what already exists, identifying what isn’t working, and finding opportunities to make the home function better.

For this project, that means sketching, erasing, shifting walls, rethinking circulation, and layering new ideas over the existing home until everything starts to click.

There’s something especially satisfying about watching the existing plan evolve into the proposed design. 🤍
This is where the vision starts taking shape.
