Every home tells a story, but the best parts aren’t always the ones you can see.

For us, quality starts long before the paint goes on or the countertops are installed. It’s in the new plumbing behind the walls, the electrical, the framing, the insulation, the attention to every detail that most people will never notice. Those are the decisions that determine how a home performs for years to come.

Then we pair that foundation with intentional craftsmanship - custom millwork, architectural details, thoughtfully selected materials, and finishes that are built to stand the test of time, not just photograph well.

This transformation has been one of our favorites, and we’re incredibly proud of what our team created.

The exterior is just the beginning… and we can’t wait to share the interior with you very soon.

This one is off the market, but we have quite a few coming soon for y’all in The Avenues and surrounding areas.

Give me a blank page, a rough idea, and some time to think, and I’m completely in my element.

Before a house ever exists, I spend hours building it in my head. Walking through the spaces, studying proportions, thinking about how every square foot will be used and how the home will feel long before it’s ever built.

Then I get to put those ideas on paper.

No matter how many plans I design, there’s still something exciting about watching a new concept come together line by line. Seeing a vision go from a thought to a sketch and eventually into a home someone will live in is what makes me love what I do.

This one is a new Modern Tudor design currently in the works.
