1. Baby Berty products are lovingly handcrafted. There might be slight differences from item, to item.This gives them that Baby Berty charm and makes them one of a kind!
2. Every item is custom made for YOU. For this reason, items will be made AFTER order has been placed. Please allow 7-14 days for your item to be made and shipped. However, We are just as excited for you to receive your goodies as you are, so We will do everything We can to get them to you the soonest possible!
3. If for some reason you urgently need your items, please contact us before placing an order, and we will do my best to accommodate your needs! (Extra shipping fee will apply)
4. If for any reason shipping is over charged by a minimum of $1.00 we will refund the overcharged amount...Because who wants to pay more in shipping than they have too?
