“Why does one alteration cost more than another?”
It’s one of the questions I get asked the most!
The answer is simple: no two garments are the same. The cost of an alteration depends on the fabric, construction, the amount of work involved, and the time it takes to achieve a quality result.
As a one-person business, I take pride in giving every garment the time and attention it deserves. Unlike larger alteration shops where items may be handled by multiple people, every stitch, fitting, and final detail is completed by me. I believe quality is worth taking the time to do right.
