Our Sunflower Farms tee is dedicated to the elderly Ukrainian woman who handed sunflower seeds to invading Russian war criminals and told them, "Put these seeds in your pockets so when you die here, at least sunflowers will grow."

All proceeds from our Ukraine Collection go directly to ongoing support and relief efforts for Ukrainians. When you support Ukraine, you are protecting the free world.

Great news! Met with the union contract person today. It looks like we'll be signing a union contract early next week. As a business owner, I'm proud to support the people who work for me.

Think I'm crazy? Well, just ask Harvard Business School who says that unions actually help a company's performance by boosting retention, transparency, morale, and even productivity.

About 20 years ago, I spent a few years working for unions, and I can tell you firsthand that Harvard Business School is right. When is the last time you felt confident that if you took a problem to HR that they would be on your side? I've got news for you: HR doesn't protect you, they protect your employer. So who supporters the workers? Your union rep. And when workers feel supported, they stick around longer, and they're more productive because a lot of the stuff that causes them problems at work gets addressed instead of festering. Oh and they're paid better, so they spend less time worrying about how to make ends meet and more time focusing on work.

It really is better in a union. And that's better for business, too.

I'm willing to put my wallet where my mouth is because I am a believer.

I originally designed this for a little pinback button. The first person who picked up the button said, "that needs to be a shirt."

You know what I said, "Nobody wants a giant va**na on their shirt."

Well, I was wrong. This has quickly become our most popular shirt. We had to order more tee shirts to print onto because I don't want to run out over the weekend.

It turns out that a lot of ladies want to wear va**nas on our shirts until we pass reproductive freedom for every body. And you know what, I think that's a movement I can join.

We're going to start some real conversations out here in and I'm here for it. Let's do this.
