A pretty room starts with a good plan. 👀

Before moving furniture, buying new pieces or hanging anything on the walls, I like to see how the whole space is going to work together.

These are a couple of the renderings I created while planning out a dining room — testing furniture placement, flow and how the adjoining spaces would work together before making the changes in real life.

And nope, a room refresh doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes it’s using what you already have in a completely different way. 🏹

Sometimes the transformation starts by tearing it all out. 👀

This room started with basic builder carpet, but it was time for a change.

Carpet came OUT.
Old flooring was cleared away.
And new flooring started going IN. 🙌

One of my favorite parts of working on a space is watching that awkward “what have we done?!” stage slowly turn into “OH… now I see it.” 😂

There’s still more to come in this room, but already look at the difference the flooring makes.

At Broken Arrow Designs, it isn’t always about buying all new furniture and décor. Sometimes changing one major element of a room completely changes where we can take the design next.

Every great space starts with a plan.

One of my favorite parts of the design process happens long before the furniture is delivered.

I create digital layouts so my clients can visualize the room, experiment with furniture placement, improve traffic flow, and make confident decisions before moving a single piece.

Design isn’t just about making a room beautiful—it’s about making it work for the people who live there.

This project is one example of how ideas become reality, one layout at a time.

This space is slowly becoming home to Moon Rain Studio | Collected + Created and littleguyclothingco , and one of my favorite parts has been designing every corner—from the furniture layout to the displays to the little details that make it feel inviting.

Walk through your house first.

You’d be amazed how often moving a lamp, changing artwork, or borrowing a pillow from another room completely transforms a space.
