Trex RainEscape allows us to create a dry outdoor living space underneath the deck.

For this project, we finished the ceiling with Versatex tongue-and-groove PVC, giving the space a clean, polished look. We also enclosed the area underneath the picture-framed staircase and trimmed everything out in white PVC.

We have something cool in the works — a double-decker deck!

This build will feature Trex Cinnamon Cove decking paired with horizontal black aluminum railings for a clean, modern look to match the home.

The upper deck will feature Trex RainEscape, creating a dry, usable space underneath. We'll also be installing ScreenEze to keep the bugs out and make this the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

With a beautiful creek running behind the home, the sights and sounds of nature make this outdoor living space really special.

We have a challenging renovation project in the works, but we’re excited to see this one come together! The end results are going to be worth the effort.

This build features Trex Transcend Lineage in Caramel color. We’re also installing Trex RainEscape to keep the patio below dry.

The ceiling will be finished with Versatex WP4 PVC tongue-and-groove ceiling boards for a clean, modern look.

Today, the electrician is getting everything wired properly for the black recessed can lights.

There’s a lot of detail going into this project, and we can’t wait to share the finished product!

This build features Timbertech Vintage PVC decking with a double picture frame. On the inner picture frame we added an accent color for a unique look.

The black Trex Signature aluminum railing has a 3.5 inch drink rail. Topped off with low voltage post cap lights for nighttime usability.
