There are individuals who don't hold a belief, a conviction that guides their thoughts and actions.
They don't believe in a higher power, a God who created the universe and all its wonders. Nor do they believe in themselves, their own abilities, and the potential that lies within.
They don't believe in nature and all the breathtaking beauty that surrounds them, from the majestic mountains to the vast oceans, and the intricate landscapes that connect them.
They see themselves as an object, a mere creation without a creator, a being without a purpose. They seek answers for things beyond human understanding, and because they don't understand what they haven't witnessed, they argue it's truth, as if their limited knowledge is the ultimate authority.
They question the existence of things they can't see or touch, yet they take for granted the intricate systems that govern their own bodies, the beating of their heart, the breathing of their lungs, and the functioning of their brain.
They fail to recognize the beauty and complexity of the human body, a masterpiece of creation, a temple that houses their soul. Everything starts with the creator of all things, who used others to create things to keep the earth full, to keep the cycle of life going.
From the tiniest microbe to the mightiest tree, every living thing plays a vital role in the grand scheme of things.
They sat in the womb of a mother for 9 months, starting as a seed, a tiny fertilized egg, growing into a fetus, and eventually, a fully formed human being. Even though they haven't seen the stages within the womb, they don't question or doubt that things happen within the womb, that life begins at conception, and that every stage of development is a miracle in itself.
They are covered with flesh, a delicate skin that protects their internal organs, and have a full operating system, a complex network of nerves, veins, and arteries that work together in harmony to keep them alive.
They have a heart that pumps blood, lungs that breathe air, and a brain that thinks and reasons.
They have senses that allow them to experience the world around them, to see, hear, touch, taste, and smell.
They have emotions that make them human, that allow them to love, to laugh, to cry, and to feel.
Yet, despite all these wonders, they still doubt the existence of a creator, a higher power that brought them into being.
