This post is long overdue and one that we did not want to write! We are so grateful for the support you all have given the women of Hope Threads. Covid-19 initially shut us down and due to various reasons we have not been able to re-open. If you are looking for ways to continue to support local refugees, is an incredible resource that provides an enormous amount of support and help for both the refugee women and families of the triangle. Thank you again, for your support and enthusiasm ❤️

During the first week of school I had to write about why I was in an advertising class.. The whole reason I started looking into advertising as a major was because I began interning for Hope Threads. So of course I had to brag about how great it is 😉😉 ⁣⁣

I was explaining in the paper that I found such a power in social media because it allowed me to connect people to really awesome products. Products which had a real impact on people’s lives. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I think that’s the coolest thing about Hope Threads. Every time you buy a teething toy, scrunchie, headband (like the pretty one pictured above), or pair of earrings your money directly supports a refugee woman. Buying a product truly matters - it empowers a real person to learn skills and support their family. So thank you for utilizing your buying power to impact others. You’re so awesome.
