Busy optical retail store seeking a Frame Stylist or Apprentice Optician. Experience in the optical field is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Job duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients when they arrive, helping patients choose eyeglass frames, obtaining insurance authorizations, answering phones, filing, preparing returns, and other general office duties. An apprentice optician would have the opportunity to assist licensed opticians with adjustments, repairs, dispensing, and processing eyeglass lenses in our full service optical lab. The schedule will be flexible but some evening and weekend hours are required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
