We are visiting Las Vegas my sister n laws and we added a RNB Brunch to our itinerary at the time of planning we were unable to reserve per the website for Sunday brunch….(maybe they recently updated their website) we were so excited we arrived at 12:30pm party of 3.. on were #1 on the waiting list for 3 1/2 hrs Forced to make reservations and we waited they seated so many walk ins. Several parties have been seated before us with out reservations. Yes it is AKA weekend, we understand and there are parties booked as a ex restaurant owner here in Las Vegas I never ignored our guests. If my guests had extended wait times we offered drinks. We were never offered anything but a few eye rolls from the hostess. There was always a resolution. The music is what kept us here. The security were awesome offered water on entry and exit.The DJ music 🎶 is vibing we were really looking forward to today.. customer service is horrible. We left at 3:30 pm never again.
