It’s been an incredible couple of years putting my blood, sweat, and tears into this brand, and I am beyond happy with how I was able propel this pandemic passion project into a business! I never expected it to grow as much as it did, and it really took me off guard how much time and effort it would consume in my life. I’ve received so much love, support, and positive feedback on my swimwear, and that truly melts my heart. I can’t thank you all enough. 🧡 I never knew where this would all go and I am forever grateful for how much you have all been there by my side for this journey. I’ve sold in 16+ states, funded hundreds of trees to be planted, and had people telling me how comfortable & confident they felt with the fit and style of my suits. From seeing my own prototype, to working with a women-owned & operated Columbus company to produce them, to turning my apartment into product storage, to shipping everything out my own, to doing all my own marketing, this journey has certainly kept me busy.

That being said, I do have big plans for Fruitcake in the future, but for now I will be focusing on other aspects of my life. Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart and I am continuously impressed by my friends & family that do continue to do so.

My life has changed so much since starting Fruitcake, especially within the past year. Recently I have received a big promotion at work as an account manager for a luxury brand, I’ve committed to exploring the art of drag, I am in the process of home ownership, I’ve began prioritizing more world travels, and so much more.

I am so proud of myself and what I was able to do and accomplish with this brand. I view this not as a goodbye, but a see you later. 🥹🫶
