If you ever notice a tiny hole in one of our loaves, that’s just where I checked the internal temperature😊🍞

Every single loaf is temped before it leaves the kitchen to make sure it’s perfectly baked. I also monitor the temperature of the air, water, and dough throughout the entire process because even small changes can affect the final loaf.

It might be a little obsessive… but I believe the little details make all the difference!!
