We have been so busy around the farm. Enjoying the warmer days and sunshine, but rest assured we are working on craft projects for the Hope Farms Mercantile grand opening. Come out and enjoy the day Dayes coming soon.

Just throwing this idea out there to see if it would be worth the time. On our farm we had planned on opening up a mercantile type store and craft shop. This would be where a select few of local vendors and us on the farm can sell and consign their products. We are located in the quiet little town of Richfield just off of Stokes Ferry Rd. We are close to the lake, Gold Hill and also Dan Nicholas park all are within 10 minutes from our farm. The Mercantile would offer locally made crafts, and furniture, fresh farm eggs from our farm, fresh bread, canned goods, and during garden season fresh vegetables and fruit from the farm later on. Would there be any local shoppers who would visit and shop with us?

We will be setting up at the farm tomorrow to have an open air vendors day. If you would like to come by and meet us, and shop or even set up to sell something let me know. Yes this is a last minute thing but our grand daughters are very excited to be able to sell the veggies and bread and crafts they have helped to pick and make. Come on by and see us, get some fresh eggs and fresh produce. Maybe even buy an Apron or a new toy. We are located off of Stokes Ferry Rd on Richfield Rd. Message me for more details.

Happy Tuesday on the farm, it’s been very busy trying to get the garden ready and growing. James and I have been working hard to get this homestead started in order to have the future we want to live.

We do have fresh eggs, 3.00 a dozen. We still have some canned goods available. We also have started getting fresh squash today. I picked our first one of the season. I love our life here. Come on by and visit with us.
