My name is Karen and my husband Spencer is cleaning out the CLUTTER (if you can call it that!). Life creates too much stuff over time, and I have hung/clung to onto it. My closets and drawers, and every crack and crevice are filled with stuff that is unimportant and needs to GO! CHRISTIAN CLOSET SELLERS IS cleaning out my house first. So if you see it here, somehow I

bought it and kept it. Side note: Mostly I buy Chico’s clothes and I spend a lot of money there-- special treatment for being a top customer. So if you drop $20K a year there you probably will get a pretty bracelet and a box of chocolates. Many of the items I will sell still have the tags on, since I have so much stuff, they get lost in the closet. You should see how my husband feels about jackets with tags on! Then there is the Chico’s jewelry, ditto! Now, I have to tell you, I have been a Christian for a long time, and this kind of spending is NOT what God would have me do with the resources he has given me. As I look at the 8 (yes, eight) racks of Chico’s clothes and about 40 bins, it turns my stomach at the waste. God called me to repent for this sin. What good that money could have done! It certainly would have helped my retirement account, and medical bills, and I also have a passion for missions of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I am appalled at ratings that say I am a scammer and didn't deliver purchases. There would have been an eBay case! I have no idea why these people chose to do this.

I have NEVER sold these people anything. Check my eBay account, christianclosetsellers. In fact I haven't sold a thing in the last few years! Check my rating, see if these people exist.

The person that said I listed a camper is just plain wrong.

I am aware that Facebook accounts get hijacked and I think this maybe the case. My eBay account has not been.

I was selling women's jewelry exclusively but had not listed anything in the time frame these people are talking about.

I am about to start listing again and don't want to abandoned my ratings' so I am concerned about these posts.

3.Design Assist without the cost of "PRO", includes ordering products to for delivery as appropriate.
4. Vendor reasearh for products and contractor references and business check.
5.Construction bid preparation from your clear requirements, contract review of bidders.
Detailed review of architectural drawings and product specification to ensure less contractor wasted time with wrong parts, missing trades like electrical or plumbing wrong in plans.
I check every item listed in notes and requirements. Then I go room by room and review everything on plan, what is wrong and what is missing.
Take over the purchasing of spec'd items at special pricing (best price search even across my professional accounts).
Finding excellent products on other sites like Etsy, Ebay, Facebook, etc.
Marketplace.
I can receive and store purchases after opening the box and verifying contents.
3.Screning drawing plans (I can not provide an architect or engineer stamp)

This year we are moving more towards my generational family business with a twist. We are doing home remodeling projects using reclaimed and specialty sourced items. Everyday building material prices have gone thru the roof--literally! We are starting with our home home to test the viability of the business model. Does all of the extra effort to hunt down "specials" work.
I will document our first project and comment here. I will share our sucesses and thank those who have gone above and beyond. I have not how to deal with those cases where we had a terrible experience. We have already had one and I think I should share the name of the company, but since I still have to work with them. I may hold off until contract is completed.
