Another day, another auction. This one was in Farmersville- they had 3 auctions going on simultaneously, 2 outside and one inside and a 4th later this evening with a building full of furniture! And they do it every Tuesday during the summer. It is massive and so much fun. LAM worked the inside sit down auction. I was outside where it was hot and humid. But clearly it was worth it.

Busy, busy, busy. Sunday is the Lords day, but before church are the Flea Markets! Then there is the drive thru auctions to go to... Today there was just 1 auction, a marathon hour and a half drive like the other day (to go just 35 miles). Here are just some of our finds...

Another Auction on Saturday, and picked up a few beautiful things. The sales was the estate of a former auctioneer and the inventory was spectacular including a large collection of Vaseline glass, now called Uranium glass and we were able to pick up a spectacular fairy light. Also got this cranberry glass fairy and many other beautiful items - and big bonus was the auction was outside under a tent with cornfields all around and the sun and breeze were wonderful.

We updated our booth at Uptown Antique Market yesterday. Swapped out all our vintage clothes and went with a summer white theme. Loads of victorian items, 3 old christening dresses, and a bunch of fluffy dresses, a MCM wedding dress with a long train. Please pardon my picture taking, I had help from my nieces and they really wanted to help.
