July 28 & another month almost gone! My Portland trip went very well (I know because I over-spent). I bought things for now, for Fall & for Christmas. I came home Sat evening & I’ve been working non-stop on inventory, & still have a couple more days to go. Needless to say I’m tired, but I’m slowly getting things put out in the store, so come check it out!

It’s going to be a hot, triple-digit week, as well as a busy one, with the upcoming hydroplane races & art show! But come in & cool off in an air conditioned store where you can relax & shop in peace!
But I’ll be missing it all, as I’ll be in Portland on a 3-day shopping trip! 😎😂

I have a very long shopping list, as I need to buy for summer, Fall & Christmas!

Stacey & Karen will be keeping the store open for me while I’m gone Thursday thru Saturday. So if I don’t see you before I leave, have a great weekend!

Looks like we finally hit the big time (triple digits), & the weeks of summer are ticking by.

I’ve been trying to keep the store full, as well as working on Fall & Christmas, which is a monumental task!

I finally got more antique lace in, so if that’s something you’re looking for, it’s starting to go out the door. Bags of craft jewelry are selling like crazy as well.

I know it’s hot out, but the air conditioning is on, so come on in & cool off for a bit!

I’m looking forward to my Portland buying trip on the 23rd for 3 days- I need so many things for the store, so I’m sure it’ll be an expensive one! I’ll be buying for summer, Fall & Christmas. And most of you know how hard it is to find old Xmas items, so that’ll definitely be a focus. But my stash is growing, & I have lots of primitives for Fall put aside.

After a busy weekend, do something relaxing if you can, like a little leisurely shopping! See you soon!

Uptown plaza hosted Cool Desert Nights again this year: lots & lots of people turned out! Weather was great as well.

July 4th has come back around this Saturday; I’ll be open, & it should be hotter again, great for wandering through the shops. And if you have company in, bring them by for something to do!

The store is full, so come on by & check it out!

If anyone came yesterday & I was closed, I apologize. I didn’t find out till Friday night that I had jury duty Monday morning. After being there several hours, I didn’t have to serve at the trial, so I’m open today!☺️

Mid-June already; summer is just starting & it’s flying by! So, of course, I’ve been working on Fall & Christmas for some time now (yes it really does take that long!) hoping to be ready for Fall by mid-Sept & Christmas by mid-Nov.

I got to visit my son in Las Vegas for a few days & got home Friday night. So much fun- got to see a great show & eat lots of incredible food! Also got some shopping in of course. Temp was 106, so hotter than here but not too bad.

My next overnight buying trip will be to Portland the end of July.

Sorry about the lack of posting ; last Monday being a holiday totally messed me up somehow! (Not to mention being very busy).

So here we are at June 2nd! Next week I’ll be in Las Vegas visiting my son (& maybe getting in a bit of shopping at a couple favorite haunts!) I’m trying to prepare for the heat if that’s possible to do!

Monday June 8th Patina will be closed, but Tuesday thru Friday will be staffed & open by Laurie & Karen. I’ll be back Saturday after a late Friday night flight!

We’ve had some pretty weird weather lately; hot & dry to windy, rainy & cold! I guess that’s Spring for you.

I’ve gone in a few day shopping trips lately, so I’ve been able to pick-up quite a bit. Some items have sold pretty fast! This week should be beautiful, so come out & enjoy a day of shopping!

1st week of May & it feels like summer!

I’ve been doing a lot of shopping this past week: big annual estate sale in the Yakima area, swap meet, & a few TC sales as well. I think I bought inventory for every season!

This week & next I’ll be getting lots of summer items out- from patriotic to beachy oars & shells.

So stop by & see what’s new- it’s a great time to get out & browse the stores!
