Mid-June already; summer is just starting & it’s flying by! So, of course, I’ve been working on Fall & Christmas for some time now (yes it really does take that long!) hoping to be ready for Fall by mid-Sept & Christmas by mid-Nov.

I got to visit my son in Las Vegas for a few days & got home Friday night. So much fun- got to see a great show & eat lots of incredible food! Also got some shopping in of course. Temp was 106, so hotter than here but not too bad.

My next overnight buying trip will be to Portland the end of July.

Sorry about the lack of posting ; last Monday being a holiday totally messed me up somehow! (Not to mention being very busy).

So here we are at June 2nd! Next week I’ll be in Las Vegas visiting my son (& maybe getting in a bit of shopping at a couple favorite haunts!) I’m trying to prepare for the heat if that’s possible to do!

Monday June 8th Patina will be closed, but Tuesday thru Friday will be staffed & open by Laurie & Karen. I’ll be back Saturday after a late Friday night flight!

We’ve had some pretty weird weather lately; hot & dry to windy, rainy & cold! I guess that’s Spring for you.

I’ve gone in a few day shopping trips lately, so I’ve been able to pick-up quite a bit. Some items have sold pretty fast! This week should be beautiful, so come out & enjoy a day of shopping!

1st week of May & it feels like summer!

I’ve been doing a lot of shopping this past week: big annual estate sale in the Yakima area, swap meet, & a few TC sales as well. I think I bought inventory for every season!

This week & next I’ll be getting lots of summer items out- from patriotic to beachy oars & shells.

So stop by & see what’s new- it’s a great time to get out & browse the stores!

Last week of April- every year seems to go faster (or maybe it’s just my age)! Anyway, nice weather ahead, all the better for the markets shows & estate sales that are popping up; I love this time of year!

The store is full & by the weekend should be even more so. I’ve been finding a lot at shows lately. In June I’ll be in Las Vegas, so maybe I’ll have time to get a little shopping in at favorite haunts there.

Monday April 20th: one month into Spring & I think it may finally be here!

For those of you who didn’t get up to Ellensburg Saturday, you missed a great show! SO many people showed up to shop 3 full buildings of vintage goods. As you can see from the pics I’ve got lots of things out from my last two buying trips, including a wonderful antique iron plant stand that’s quite a statement piece!

I returned from my trip to Portland Friday evening, tired but with my car packed! Found things for all seasons, including Spring, Summer, Fall & even Christmas (yes, I shop all year for that)! A new week begins with 80 deg weather- I love this time of year!

This week I’m going to Portland for a huge swap meet at the Portland raceway & Expo- I’ve always wanted to go so this is the year! It’ll be exhausting with miles of walking (literally) & I can only stay over one night. I have a little smaller vehicle now, so should come home piled to the ceiling☺️

And don’t forget in less than 2 weeks is the Ellensburg show, so hope to see you there!

Beautiful days are here, especially because I’ve got shopping trips scheduled! April 9 & 10 I’ll be in Portland, & April 18 in Ellensburg, so I’m very excited about those, & other events coming soon. March 23rd & Spring is officially here! This time of year is always a mixed bag, but it’s definitely warming up. We’re starting to see more yard & estate sales pop up, & shows are starting as well.

If you only have time for one, I’d suggest Junk-tiquen in the Burg on April 18th in Ellensburg. It starts at 9am, but if you want good stuff & good parking, GO EARLY!! It’s a great show & very popular.

Just to let you know, if there are any bell collectors out there, I recently acquired 13 boxes of them, from majolica to brass, & some very old!
