I came back from an honor guard service this afternoon to find a truck blocking my overhead door. I can't have a vehicle towed without involving the police, so I called RPD at 1:34. "We'll let dispatch know". At 2:21, I called again. They'll let someone know. I called again at 4:01. The operator said the words "could not locate". Apparently, my address is hard to find? Ridiculous. The City of Richmond keeps finding new ways to screw us downtown.
