🔥 send us an email at [email protected] with the model’s name, age, a photo of your choice, & a paragraph to let us know why you want to be a Madison Avenue model!
🔥 $30 entry fee required to enter, this lets us know that applicants are serious about participating in the program!
🔥 send entry fee via PayPal at [email protected] OR Venmo *pmt must include name & age of model on payment*
🔥 entries who have not paid the entry fee will not be considered
*This model search is separate from the Madison Avenue Louisville model search! Entries and entry fees DO NOT count for both and must be applied for separately. Benefits of either model search cannot be used at both stores. Winners will be expected to sign a contract before Model/Ambassador perks go into effect. Models cannot currently be or apply to be another formal wear store’s model or ambassador, with the exception of our sister location Madison Avenue Louisville, during their year with us. Models are expected to attend a certain amount of events or to travel to us for social media photos throughout the year. Madison Avenue is not responsible for & will not reimburse for travel expenses.
