August is National Water Quality Month
Because of its perceive abundance, clear appearance, and tasteless flavor profile, water easily becomes one of the most overlooked items on this earth π.
To our species basic knowledge most all living things are made up of water. Everything on this Earth needs water to survive.
This is why you will find all these random organizations being concerned about it's quantity and quality.
It's not a scare tactic.
Whether you have good or questionable habits and cravings in life you had better believe that 99% of the time Water π¦π was needed to make it so.
This post isn't about the blame game either.
Our species has nothing to do with the original creation of water.
Just every now and again give a thought to a habit involving water on an individual level.
Being that I'm a janitor I have this naive notion that there's usually trash bins everywhere.
So something as small as making sure that your trash ends up in one of those instead of a water supply could help a lot of if we as individuals just try.
What about repurposing questionable water bottles?
I used to come across so many opened water bottles that I would empty them in my mop bucket. I add a viricide to it anyway and the job gets done with less waste.
It's not about being perfect. Just be mindful where you can.
Our future and traditions depend greatly on it.
