I saved this post for last because it is my absolute favorite. As the leader of this company, there is one thing I am more proud of than anything else: the incredible people who work and volunteer to make up our absolute DREAM TEAM.

Many people pray and dream about working in an environment they love. I am blessed to do just that every single day, and it’s all because of the people who share this mission. I want to take a moment to publicly and proudly thank the team who made National Police Week an undeniable success for Relentless Defender:

Cirilo: My very first employee from the day I opened in 2015. Together, we shipped our very first order. He since become a Police Officer himself, but has still volunteered every single year since the beginning.

Stephany: Who started with us as a graphic artist and worked her way up through every aspect of this business to now serve as our General Manager.

Kam: Who has worked for the company since she was a teenager and has grown into an incredibly mature, responsible young adult with a work ethic like no other.

Art: Who year after year volunteers to drive our truck and trailer all the way from Houston to D.C., making it possible for the team to focus entirely on the mission.

Erica: Who came in as the Executive Director of our nonprofit Foundation, but has quickly become an integral, major member of the entire Relentless Defender family.

Mark: Erica's husband, who you rarely see in photos because he is always behind the camera capturing every moment. The second he steps away from the lens, he is immediately helping customers or moving heavy boxes.

Dani: My wife, who since the day we met, has always looked at me with confidence in her eyes, making me believe that absolutely anything is possible to achieve.

What I have found that makes life truly great is the positive people you surround yourself with, the ones who genuinely love, care for, and support each other. The culture behind our law enforcement apparel brand is real, and I am incredibly blessed to serve this team every day.

Three booths, 11 years of history, and one unwavering mission. 💙

Last week was an absolute whirlwind for the Relentless Defender team in Washington, D.C.! We were on the ground running across three different locations, and we want to extend a massive thank you to our incredible partners who make it all possible.

First, thank you to FOP DC State Lodge for allowing us to sponsor Police Week Tent City again this year and set up shop, alongside our second booth at the Solace. And a huge thank you to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund for their continued partnership and giving us a home at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.

Over the last 11 years of attending National Police Week, Relentless Defender has grown into the "It Factor" brand for this community. But the real magic isn’t just the gear, it's the people. We loved every single second spent talking with everyone who stopped by the booths. Thank you for sharing your stories, your laughs, and even your grief for your fallen heroes. Those connections are exactly why we do this.

We are incredibly proud to serve as merchandising partners for NLEOMF, Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), and the FOP State Lodge. Seeing these massive entities come together to honor our officers and survivors is nothing short of incredible. We take this responsibility seriously, and we thank you for your continued trust in Relentless brand.

This past week at National Police Week in Washington, D.C., the Relentless Defender team had the immense honor of attending the Annual Blue Honor Gala hosted by Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.).

Ever since our inception, C.O.P.S. has played a massive, foundational role in our Relentless Defender family. When it comes to wrapping arms around the surviving families of our fallen officers and guiding them through the long road of healing, there is truly no other organization on earth like them.

Our mission has always been about more than just clothing, it’s about giving back to the community that gives everything. We have been, and will always be, fiercely proud supporters of this incredible organization and the resilient heroes they serve.

To the families of the thin blue line who have sacrificed so much: you are never alone, and your loved ones will never be forgotten.
Survivors
