Youth Assistance Thrift Store 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We accept donations from open to 2:30pm every day (except Sunday) Youth Assistance is a non-profit 501c-3 organization.

We were founded in 1997

We have wonderful volunteers that help us on a daily basis by donating their precious time. We take volunteers to complete their community service and try to teach them the value of helping their surrounding communities and themselves. We gratefully accept all usable donations Monday-Saturday from 9-2:30pm. We do pickups once a week within a certain perimeter for large don

ations and furniture. Tax receipts are available to all donors. We graciously accept monetary donations to help with our "Lester (red) Comer scholarship program"

This program was founded in honor of Mr. Comer to help young adults who wish to further their education by going to college after they graduate from high school. Please feel free to stop in a take a peek at our resale shop. Our volunteers will be happy to help you find a treasure that you may not have known you were looking for :)

I just wanted to let everyone know that in light of the government opening back up and SNAP benefits being restored, we will no longer be running the free lg 1 topping special. I sincerely hope that we were able to help you all in your time of need. We were certainly very busy during those days that we were giving away pizza! Hello, citizens of Rosenberg! My name is Cecilia Cornejo and I am the Owner of the Dominos here is Rosenberg at 5405 Ave I. Due to the overwhelming response to our free one topping offer to SNAP recipients, we will have to limit the days that we are running this offer. The free large one topping pizza will now be offered Monday -Wednesday from 1pm-6pm You must come in the store to redeem the offer and just like before, you may do so 2X per week. Free one topping LG PIZZA 2x per week to any SNAP recipient carry-out only. They must bring their SNAP card and ID to be eligible.

Good morning friends! We will be having a holiday (mostly Christmas items) garage sale this weekend- SATURDAY November 1, starting at 8am and SUNDAY November 2 as well if we have anything else. This will be held at 1322 Newlin Dr. in Richmond, very close to where the thrift store used to be located. We miss you all dearly and hope to see yall. Come on by for some holiday items! 🌲 ⭐️

Welp, it’s been quite a journey my friends.

I see some of you in stores like HEB, I have learned that a friend/customer bought our childhood home that we never even knew about until recently, I have cried, talked to, laughed, reminisced about memories, all of it!

I miss what the shop stood for, and wish we could have kept up with the times and made a better future with it, for everyone’s sake. As they say though- All good things come to an end, and I am thankful it succeeded as long as it did!

I sure do miss you guys though! ❤️♥️❤️♥️ The hardest part is not seeing everyone that became like family.

I want to know something good! Have you found a place to give your donations to? Have you found a place to walk around and feel happiness and healing? Have you had a happy milestone happen in your life? Talk to me and I will comment back to everyone 😘
