Gift Card Policy Update
Effective immediately, all gift cards purchased from She Is 31:25 will expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
As a small business, we do not actually receive the value of gift cards until they are redeemed. Over time, we’ve accumulated a large number of unused gift cards, with some dating back as far as four years. To help us better manage our business while also encouraging customers to enjoy their purchases, we are implementing this new policy.
If you’ve purchased a gift card but have misplaced it, please don’t worry! Send us a message, and we can look it up in our system. I would truly hate for anyone to lose money…including me!
Important:
All gift cards purchased before January 1, 2026, will expire on December 31, 2026.
