❗️Policies/Reminders❗️
•FULL payment must be made before I start the order. So, no cash payments unless customer drops off the exact cash to start order. No payment…no order.
•Once design has been approved by you, the customer, there cannot be any changes made to the design.
•Turn around time is 2-3 business days from the day payment was made. For RUSH ORDERS, there will be a $5 extra fee per shirt. If for whatever reason there is an issue with your order I will make you aware of it asap.
•Custom order turn around time is 3-4 business days. (Custom meaning - creating a design from scratch, recreating, or editing.)
•Working/business hours is Monday-Friday 7pm-11pm ONLY. Unless stated otherwise or I become available any other time.
•Porch pick up only. Orders MUST be picked up within a week. There will be no meet ups or delivery.
