There comes a time when you realize you really have been doing the best you can by yourself for a very long time and you are all you got.

I’ve been a mom longer than I haven’t. I have had to pick up the pieces more times than I have imagined. I have been put second and third in friendships and relationships that I have given my all time and time again. One thing that has been consistent for me is motherhood. I’ve always wanted to be a mom and here I am KILLING IT ❤️ Showing up for my kids looks different every day. I’m a professional momma who loves hard, some may say too hard at times but here we are. I’m not here to lie or tell stories divorce is hard but I have a small tribe that has been helping me keep it all together through this unpredictable storm. I know I’ll make it over the rainbow with friends and family who are not afraid to share honest space with me. Until then I’ll continue to build my mini empire. Yesterday was a good day. Happy Birthday to my Baby Ray. Thankful for friends and family who support my beautiful family. Motherhood looks GREAT on me.

One thing I was reminded this weekend from old and new friends is I get to live out loud. No one is going to have your back like you and EVERYONE is going to have an opinion no matter what. From now on whatever you think I’m just agreeing. I’m not wasting my time. For some reason humans are afraid of the truth and their truth. Living a lie is not going to get you anywhere but 10 steps backwards every time. If you don’t want to know the truth don’t hang out with me. I’ve lived so many different versions of other people’s stories Im going to let you make up your version and play along until you see and understand my drum with no explanation. I’m a bad mamma jamma and I’m NOT watching my mouth! 💋 💘

I don’t want to lose this one. Sometimes your life makes a big circle. I’m happy to share space with people who are honest and caring. Friends since our early teens. Laughing until our stomachs hurt. Sharing stories and experiences that make you say WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY? Without judgement just for clarification. Something about doing activities in peace and enjoying every minute of it. Exploring life without stressing to and from events. No one there to ruin “the moment” is new for me. I honestly didn’t think I was going to be able to go out and have as much fun as I did, we sang, we danced and sat still in time. I was disappointed I didn’t get to buy an entire new outfit for the concert, I still felt cute and comfortable. I didn’t have to monitor anyone except myself. It’s been a long year but I’m going to be okay. I’m actually glowing I’m doing great. 💋
