I will do exchange only. Please note that I will not be responsible for damage cause from pulling, biting or the playing with of your product. These are not meant as toys and any child under 3 should be properly supervised as some items may be a choking hazard. Custom orders will only be completed upon approval and pre-payment. Please allow a 2 week processing time. I do my best to offer a full range of choices for your product and I'm always searching for new materials. If you are looking for something particular, I will try to accommodate but the turnaround time will be up to 3 weeks. This will allow for the search and shipping of the material(s) to me.
