You might be surprised by a few of these… especially no. 5. 👀🐾

After 5+ years of running JUPdog, one thing hasn’t changed: I’m never going to pretend I know everything — I’ll do the research to find the right answer, push a product just to make a sale, or tell you there’s one “perfect” answer for every dog.

Every dog 🐶 is different. Every family is different. And sometimes the best thing I can do is tell you, “I don’t think that’s the right choice for your dog.”

That may not always be the best way to make a sale… but it’s the only way I know how to run JUPdog.

🐶 JUPdog and GivePet Volunteered at Big Dog Ranch Rescue - Sunday Aug 9 🐾

😃 We had a blast playing with all the beagles and then getting them all back in their correct pens to keep them all accounted for.

Recently they just brought back the remaining beagles from Ridglan Farms - thank you so much Dog Ranch Rescue for everything you do!

JUPdog has received a formal written response from Farmina addressing the recent concerns surrounding its ingredients and sourcing.

While Farmina’s letter provides several important clarifications, some information differs from the earlier verbal explanation we received, and certain questions remain. At JUPdog, complete transparency matters. We will continue asking questions and sharing verified information with our customers.

Based on the information currently available, we continue to believe Farmina dog food is safe and remains a high-quality kibble option.

💙 It’s been a busy week since Hooper and I got back, and we’ve got something we need to get off our paws…

JUPdog isn’t here because of huge margins or big-box buying power.

We’re here because dog parents like YOU choose to shop local, trust us with your pups, recommend us to friends, and keep coming back. 🐾

Every visit, every bag of food, every treat, every conversation, and every wagging tail matters more than you probably realize.

So from Hooper and me… thank you for choosing JUPdog. We’ll keep working hard every day to be here for you and your dog. ❤️

🐾 WE’RE BACK!! 🎉

Mini-vacation = complete.
Batteries = recharged.
Hooper = rested… allegedly. 😂

JUPdog is back open tomorrow morning at 9 AM, and we’re ready to see all our favorite pups and people again!

Stop by, say hi, restock the treat supply, and let Hooper get back to his very important greeter duties. 🐶

🐾 Hooper here with an important vacation update…

Dad and I are taking a much-needed mini-vacation to rest, recharge, and spend time with family. I’ve been told this means fewer store duties and significantly more naps. 😴🌴

JUPdog will be closed Thursday, August 6 through Monday, August 10 and will reopen Tuesday, August 11 at 9 AM.

I’ll be back rested, refreshed, and ready to supervise everyone from the floor again. 🐶
