Welcome to RICKY+Lou! We are an artisan shop with boutique clothing. Most of our jewelry and decor are handmade/ hand altered. R+L has beautiful and unique creations from local Roanoke artists and we design a majority of our clothing. This shop was created to help promote local artists share the love of art and continue their creative journey.

Custom items are non refundable/ non-returnable if there is no cosmetic reason behind the request.
-all custom orders will be reviewed by customer before the final product is made. Please pay attention to spelling and placement before confirming your order is correct

-Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders, in addition to shipping time, unless otherwise notified.
-if your item needs to be ready prior to 2 weeks time, an additional “rush” fee may be added!

-if the item you receive isn’t the correct size and isn’t a custom order, the item may be exchanged for a better size, PRIOR TO WASHING.
