Currently listening to: Hollow x Michael FK & Lightkeeper x Sol Rising 🔥🔥🔥 Full transparency I have been going to therapy recently and it has been beyond helpful. A few people out there know my journey and my childhood but many of you see me and may not ever know what I have experienced. All this to say - pain hurts, we all have it, it never leaves but seeking help is the first step to gaining clarity. I feel as strong as ever: not just physically but (spiritually mentally emotionally). I have a better understanding of life at the moment and that alone has brought a ton of joy and peace of mind. The Month of July will bring many celebratory moments to cap off the first half of 2025 , Business Anniversary and CGZ and my Birthday later in the month 🎆🎇 As my serving Law Firm works on several legal endeavors, to help with business expansion, I will be designing and creating products along with updates to the website beginning this week. Hope you all enjoy the photoshoot, my photographer crushed the assignment 🤝 ! Looking forward to sharing more moments over the coming weeks. Also had a great time designing this Silk interlining Logo Fabric which serves as the first ever bowtie with this print! Majority of the neckties created this second half of the year will have this print as interlining as well 👔😎.

I remember so vividly to this day, when I was sitting on the campus of on June 26th of 2015 and I received the call that my small business went LLC. I knew this journey would be a slow and steady route but I am also thankful my small business did not blow up faster than I needed to grow and mature..
I certainly have aspirations and dreams to expand business operations this next decade, but I also realize mistakes, taking risk, and failing are necessary actions to see the fruits of this labor. .

The fabric used for #72 Classic White / Pink Floral necktie was also used in bow tie products from the early stages of Designs by Guillermo in the years of 2014-2016. Time surely flies by, looking forward to what this 2nd decade of business operations has to offer. I believe the move to Charlotte and having an amazing Wife along side has been one of the best moves. Now it’s time to put the product in front of further potential clients. Over the next few days leading up to the end of this month, multiple products will be revealed to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Designs By Guillermo. On the 30th of June, a multitude of photos in the city of Charlotte created by will be shared. .
As a small business owner the last 10 years were not what I expected but I can guarantee the passion for creating and designing is still present since the first day I learned how to sew 😃👔 Also… I’ll be setting up as a vendor for the 1st time ever in the near future. Time to apply for vendor locations and continue to network to bring this business dream to reality.

Designs By Guillermo LLC. looks forward to surpassing the first 10 years of business operations. The move from VA to NC didn’t go as expected when it comes to expanding the business but such is life. Over the past few months I have made some crucial moves in regard to connecting, legal side of business, and further developing my design skills within Adobe Suite. In the near future DBG plans to set up for the first time ever as a vendor here in Charlotte. I also aim to further connect with Professional Athletes and local boutiques. Be on the lookout for another post come June 26th which marks 1 DECADE 🙏🏽👔 .
