By putting your t shirts into a quilt, you are creating a lifelong memory that can be passed down from generation to generation that tells small stories of who you are and what you enjoyed. Because I started doing this as a hobby, I take pride in each quilt that I make and consider it an honor to do it. I have been sewing for over 30 years. Quilts come in 12, 24, 25, and 30 squares. What is included in the price of the quilt? - Quilting - Sashing - Interfacing - Batting - Fabric - Binding - Maching sewn squares - Choice of 1-2 colors for fabric in your quilt What is a square? A square is the part of the t shirt that has been chosen to use on the quilt. It is cut into a 12 x 12 finished square. What is sashing? Sashing is the fabric that is sewn between each t shirt to hold them together. What is binding? Binding the 1/2 inch border around the outer edge of the quilt. What is backing? The backing is the fabric that covers the back of your quilt.
