We added Cardinal Bicycle and Roanoke Mountain Adventures to our jerseys this go around in an attempt to show some love to those that have graciously helped us get WeeWheel Roanoke going. Let the positive comments and voting begin.

Big news, Roanoke families! Because our Spring sessions have been filling up so fast, WeeWheel Roanoke is officially adding new days and times to our schedule!

Whether you are parents, grandparents, guardians, or caretakers, we know how busy life in the Star City can get. We’ve added these extra slots to make it even easier for your little riders (ages 4–12) to join the WeeWheel Roanoke crew, ditch the training wheels, and build that unstoppable confidence.

What’s New:

Learn to Ride at Cardinal Bicycleon Grandin Road

📍 Wednesdays starting April 29th - 5:30 pm
📍 Saturdays starting May 2nd - 8 am
📍 Thursdays starting May 14th - 6 pm

Beginner Pedals at Vic Thomas Park

📍 Mondays - 5:30 pm
📍 Wednesdays - 6:30 pm
📍 Saturdays - 9 am

The City of Roanoke and Roanoke City Public Schools (RCPS) invite Roanoke students and their families to a Walk & Roll Ready Rally designed to help elementary age kids and families build confidence walking, biking, and rolling safely in Roanoke.

Join us on Saturday, April 11 (10 AM–1 PM) at the Westside Elementary Traffic Garden for a free Walk & Roll Ready Rally for elementary students and their families. At this free event you families can experience:

· Helmet fittings & bike checks

· Hands-on traffic safety activities

· Guided practice in the traffic garden

· Fun, creative stations for kids

· Information about Walk and Bike to School Day for caregiver

🎉We had so much fun at our first after school enrichment class at PreSchool. We have 10 kiddos signed up for our Learn to Ride program & 3 for our balance bikes class. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️
