Dear friends, it is with deep regret that I announce that the The WhiteHorse Woolgatherer is now closed. Thank you for all your support these past years. It was a pleasure to have you as customers. I will still be hooking and hope to see you at hook-ins.

The big is out of winter storage and ready to help cyclists!

We are based out of Jefferson City, Missouri and prefer to have this as a starting or ending point but can help individuals and groups anywhere on the trail with prior arrangements.

In April 2022, the new Katy Trail Salt Creek Bridge was opened, ending a multi-year closure after the original bridge washed out in the 2019 floods.
In June 2022, MoDOT began construction to replace the Highway 40 bridge over Salt Creek, once again closing the trail with a short detour.
And NOW! As of March 2023, both projects have been completed. The trail is now FULLY OPEN with no further closures anticipated! 🥳
