Why I started RECOVRX

My name is Greg Haas, and I am a founding owner of Recovrx. The reason why I started this was to help others discover for themselves, as I did, the amazing benefits of h**p.

Let me share my personal experience with you. I hope to pass the message along and assist others in getting through what I have been able to overcome.

For my entire life, I have been a very “anxious” person. When I finally went to the doctor, I felt more like an experiment than a person.

Ultimately, I was diagnosed with general/panic anxiety disorder, and over several years prescribed buspirone, citalopram, paroxetine, hydroxyzine, gabapentin, propranolol, trazodone, lorazepam, clonazepam, and finally alprazolam.

Every medication I tried made me feel not myself, almost as if I was in a dream-like state. More so, the fact that they kept trying so many different medications gave me anxiety in itself, thinking something more severe than just anxiety was “wrong” with me.

I finally found relief from taking Xanax (alprazolam), where for 5 years I was prescribed “1mg as needed, take up to two times a day.”

Eventually, it came to a point where it was taking over my life: If I didn’t take it, I wouldn’t feel normal. I would even blackout on occasion and not remember what I did the day before (one of the side effects of Xanax). It was extremely addicting, and I would find myself taking more than the prescribed 2mg a day.

On several occasions, I would try to get off the medicine. Whether it was to slowly wean myself off by taking smaller and smaller doses, or completely stopping cold turkey (not recommended), the withdrawal symptoms were too overwhelming, and I would always find myself right back where I started.

I started taking CBD. It immensely reduced the unpleasant withdrawal symptoms that would normally come coming down of medications.

CBD seemed to make life more manageable. To this day, I take my CBD every day to help and keep things under control.

It is my belief CBD is a much healthier, natural alternative. I hope my story will help others share the same benefits.
