Starting March 6th we will be located at 1500 1st Ave NE, in The 1500 Building, which is located behind Silver Lake Shopping Center in Rochester. A little knitting/crochet repair project! Sometimes a bit of hand work is tolerable when there's a good result. 😉 (I generally dislike hand sewing as it can be tedious and time consuming.)

I've been hearing over and over it's going to be the busiest year for weddings in 40 years. Last year, which was already crazy, there were 1.9 million weddings. This year they're predicting 2.47. This is your reminder to PLAN AHEAD. Remember you can schedule up to 30 days from when you'd like to come in, and the ideal time to come in is 3-4 weeks before your event. Please do not wait until the last minute to schedule - my ability to facilitate rush jobs will be very slim this year.

Today marks the 5th anniversary of the opening of our shop! It's hard to believe it's already been that long. Many thanks to all of you who've trusted us with your special garments over the years. We look forward to continuing to serve the community and being a part of your daily lives. Cheers to 2022, it's going to be a doozy!

This is it! Today is the last day we'll need to park on the street. Starting Monday we'll have regular traffic down Broadway and access to our parking lot again!

Heard a funny sound when I was swiping a bridesmaids dress from my work table to my sewing machine. Turns out that was my thread nippers burying into the wall. Better than in my foot!
