We are now a ring for entry store.

Due to continued shoplifting incidents, we are forced to switch to a more secure shopping environment. We now ask that shoppers ring our doorbell for entry, and we will come out and greet you at the door. When you're all set to leave, we will walk with you to the door and thank you for shopping with us.

We will also be respectfully reminding folks to leave their backpacks and tote bags in their vehicles, or if there's necessities in them, we will hold them for you at the counter. Any unaccompanied person that appears under 18 will be turned away without a parent or guardian.

We understand that this setup is not ideal. We had hoped that it wouldn't come to this. But after no less than three separate shoplifting incidents within the span of a week, we are left with no other options. We would rather have temporarily locked doors than permanently closed ones.

To all of our shoppers, thank you so much for your continued support. To those who have not yet shopped with us, please don't let the locked door be a deterrent to coming in and seeing what we have to offer. We'd love to see you too!

And to all the would-be shoplifters, STAY HOME.

Community is important to us. We're highlighting some local organizations and businesses that could use your help to continue their contributions to the community.

Rochester LGBTQ+ Together is a volunteer driven organization, assisting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. They currently have a donation match up to $20,000, so any contribution to them is doubled by their benefactor.

Lux Lounge, as many of you have heard, is dealing with the aftermath of a devastating fire. There is a GoFundMe set up to collect donations to offset costs for repairs, as well as the well-being of their now displaced employees.

Show us a receipt or screenshot of your contribution to either of these causes, and we will add the matching value in points to your Loyalty account, up to $50 (40 points). This promo will run until the end of July. Thank you for being such an amazing community!

The secret's out - it's our first-ever Warehouse Sale Event!

Think of it as our Spring Cleaning, two months late. We're pulling from our warehouse, our basement, our storage, and beyond to bring you deep discounts on fresh finds.

Friday is the day it starts - we'll be open 12-7 to kick things off. You can expect almost too-good-to-be-true prices on all sorts of merchandise from your favorite brands.
Saturday is where the magic happens - we've got a special lineup of local vendors sharing the space to keep things fresh! Open 12-7 again.
Sunday, it's a wrap - and all prices get slashed even further. 50% off ALL items, including freshly stocked merchandise. For the final day, we'll be open 12-5.

As a note, we will be closed on Wednesday, May 27, and most of Thursday, May 28 to finalize preparations for this event. Loyalty Members who received the text invitation are still welcome to join us for the Early Access Day.
